card or an online check may contact our credit card support line toll-free

does it process returns. Use this number simply if you are having problems
with your creit card transaction, or if you're worried about a charge
that has appeared on your credit card invoice.
People who paid via check, cash,
or money order may send an email to our direct

- Damaged
Shipment/Returns
- No matter how you purchased CATDVD,
if it arrived damaged or you need a refund/need to make a return, simply
package CATDVD with all materials that it arrived with and mail it WITHIN
30 DAYS OF THE PURCHASE DATE to:

If it is a damaged DVD, we will mail a replacement DVD to you. If
you require a refund, and it arrives within 30 days of the purchase
date, we will happily refund your money, less shipping & handling. Please
provide the name, address, phone number, and all relevant original payment
method information so that we may process your refund in a timely manner.
Credit Card charges will be refunded to the same Credit Card, Those
who pay by Cash, Check, Money Order or Online Check will be issued a
check refund.
